COVID 19 - Anti-viral screens

Government guidelines now recommend that all office workers who cannot work 2 metres apart, should be separated by a protective screen. We have two options with either a very cost-effective MDF screen or 6mm toughened glass. We recommend glass instead of acrylic as it is available on a very quick lead time, costs no extra and does not scratch or fog as easily. Read below for more details.

For those of you that want protection whilst still allowing staff to see each other, our 6mm toughened glass is the perfect choice. Screens are offered to protect both side-to-side and in front of desk users at a wide range of widths (550mm to 1800mm).

Our 8mm thick White MDF protective screens are offered at a fraction of the price of glass or acrylic, which may be more suited to those businesses who believe a vaccine to COVID-19 will be available soon but need to protect employees immediately.

Screen toppers are also available in both 6mm toughened glass and 8mm white MDF to clamp over existing screens

For all the screens mentioned on this page brackets are supplied with both double-sided tape AND self-tapping screws for fixing to the worktop and clamps for attaching the toppers

It is recommended that the screws are used to prevent any movement as we have seen other manufacturers' free-standing screens and taped-only screens get knocked off desktops.
