Duplex 340 Steam: The steam cleaner for disinfecting any enviroment

The Duplex® brand, a byword for efficiency, identifies machines with innumerable advantages for cleaning and sanitizing floors.

In normal use, Duplex 340 Steam is an automatic steam floorwasher: it dispenses the liquid, washes the surface and immediately recovers the dirt.

If the floor is particularly dirty, simply flipping a lever turns the machine into non-recovery floor washing machine.

The cleaning fluid is recovered at a later stage when the lever is returned to its original position.

Four working positions: for dealing with any surface, carpet tile, wood, pvc, cotto, ceramic tile, stone and so on.
Optional brushes: The Duplex 340 Steam can be equipped (on request) with a variety of brushes: abrasive, horse hair for polishing, and special brushes for fabrics, carpets and carpet tiles.
Removable brushes: the hex wrench included with the machine makes it a snap to remove and replace brushes in just a few seconds.
Brush mounting system: the patented brush mounting system completely eliminates vibration and judder in use.
Two larger diameter cylindrical counter-rotating brushes: The energetic action of the two patented cylindrical brushes, rotating in opposite directions at 650 rpm (peripheral speed of 5 m/s), assures effective washing. The Duplex brushes are larger than conventional brushes, thus reducing cleaning times due to their higher peripheral speed.
Dual liquid dispensing (one head per brush): The two washing solution tanks wet both brushes at the same time for highly effective results.
Dual dirt recovery system: The machine is equipped with sophisticated and safe dirt recovery system employing special transport belts.
Unique removable tanks: The liquid tanks are easy to remove when needed.
Automatic electrical safety system

The Duplex 340 Floor Steam Cleaner, with a cleaning width of 340mm (13″), gives ‘right to the edge’ cleaning on all floor surfaces, alongside walls and into corners.

Steam is supplied to one of the contra rotating brushes and therefore floors are left sanitised and virtually immediately dry.

Steam floor cleaners clean without the need for aggressive chemicals. This makes the use of steam floor cleaning equipment both ecologically friendly and economically sound.

Used extensively but not exclusively in Healthcare, Food and Leisure applications.

For effective results in the industrial sector the unique brush design of the Duplex 340 Steam Floor Cleaning Machine includes thousands of special bristles strategically placed diagonally across the complete length of each brush which rotate at 600 rpm.

These actively lift dirt, water and grime from the floor surface leaving it steam cleaned and dry.

A range of different brush types to suit different types of flooring are available.

The Duplex 340 Steam Floor Cleaner is effective for cleaning carpets, Polysafe, Marley, Flotex, Timbersafe, contract carpet tiles, safety floors, non-slip resin floors, sports safety floors plus many more.

Our 340 floor steam cleaners has a very compact design for its brush width, they will steam clean up to the edge of skirting, furniture and equipment, as the brushes are off set our industrial floor steam cleaner can get into corners for the perfect steam clean.

The machine is also supplied with the standard fluid tanks, allowing it to be used in steam or fluid cleaning mode as required.
